TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
PREPARE THE BASE SURFACE: Ensure all dust and debris are meticulously cleaned from the floor using a mop. If the surface is uneven, employ self-leveling material to create a flawless and pristine foundation.

STEP 2
APPLY THE ADHESIVE: Utilize a scraper brush to distribute the adhesive uniformly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to clear before laying the carpet.

STEP 3
INSTALL THE CARPET: Lay the carpet smoothly and apply pressure. Use a rubber mallet to tap, or a roller to ensure it is firmly set.

STEP 4
ALLOW THE ADHESIVE TO CURE
The adhesive achieves bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on the carpet for at least 12 hours for optimal results. This method supports weight without bubbling or deformation, offering a seamless finish.
