Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is exceptionally smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For unstable or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting is recommended for preparation. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before application to ensure optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a pristine application area.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush for thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for the application of high-quality putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless and durable finish.
