Introducing the K50 Commercial Self-Leveling Compound: a masterful blend of high-performance, water-hardening inorganic components. This finely-crafted material, sourced from premium raw ingredients and expertly formulated, delivers unparalleled fluidity for seamlessly leveling indoor floors with precision. Perfect for preparing surfaces before the installation of diverse floor coverings, be it plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, or elegant wooden floors, the K50 is your go-to solution.
Renowned for its impressive strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, the K50 Self-Leveling Compound sets a flawless, enduring foundation for floor installations. Its compatibility extends to a broad spectrum of solid substrates, including concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces-ensuring reliability and excellence wherever applied.
1. Exceptional fluidity that autonomously smooths and perfects the ground surface.
2. Dramatically boosts the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation, enhancing overall durability.
3. Reduces porosity while ensuring consistent absorption for superior results.
4. Boasts rapid drying and early setting times, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within a swift 1-2 day period.
5. Features low shrinkage attributes, effectively preventing cracks during ground preparation.

Effortlessly apply the K50 at a thickness between 2mm and 5mm in just a single application, ensuring precision and efficiency.
1. Thoroughly remove all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface for a pristine start.
2. Smooth uneven surfaces by expertly grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear away residual materials and dust, ensuring a clean slate.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state, free from any puddles for optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, choose the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal surface preparation.
Ensure a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for achieving optimal results every time.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), you are ready to commence the self-leveling pre-work with confidence.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container and gradually mix in a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Blend with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Shield the freshly prepared mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring mixing and application are completed within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry for seamless application.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product retains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any potential package damage, ensuring the product's integrity is preserved.
