This remarkable adhesive is ideally suited for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates such as concrete. Our advanced adhesive technology expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By shielding the moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it effectively boosts the bonding strength. This ensures robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eradicating typical issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives such as release agents. For loose or extensively sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not recommended. Instead, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential prior to application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains present on the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
