This versatile product is ideally suited for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and other absorbent substrates like concrete. Expertly engineered, this adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly curtailing the absorption levels of porous materials.

With its superior moisture barrier qualities, it safeguards the leveling layer from unwarranted substrate absorption, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This guarantees steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eradicating common problems like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is not appropriate for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is mandatory. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum to ensure optimal application.

Application Method

 

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or as per substrate absorption requirements. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as deemed necessary.

>> Post-curing, the substrate can be directly applied withputty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
