Our Eco-Friendly Vinyl Flooring Glue is a masterstroke for fortifying cement mortar wall surfaces with negligible sand shedding, along with aerated concrete block applications. This versatile solution is perfect for surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar, or absorbent substrates like concrete. By expertly sealing capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, it drastically diminishes the absorption rate of porous materials, offering enhanced protection.

This state-of-the-art product curbs moisture absorption in the leveling layer by the substrate, which in turn, elevates the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It guarantees formidable adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eradicating issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or shows substantial sand shedding, reinforcement with this product is not advisable, and shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and ensure thorough vacuuming before application.

Application Method

 

>> Clear any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..

>> For enhanced reinforcement, additional coats may be applied as necessary..

>> Upon full curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement,ensuring a flawless finish.
