1. Begin by ensuring a pristine foundation for your flooring. Remove any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to achieve optimal adhesion and a flawless finish.
2. Sand the ground to eliminate any uneven areas, effectively removing loose concrete and impurities. This step is vital to creating a smooth and even surface, essential for a professional-grade finish.
3. Guarantee that the base is dry, devoid of moisture, and completely free of puddles. A dry and clean surface is crucial for the seamless application of our underlayment.
4. Tailor your approach to the substrate type: for absorbent substrates, our premium LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended. For non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure effective treatment and superior results.

APPLICATION
1. Begin your seamless installation by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Select the suitable primer for the task. Once the primer has been thoroughly absorbed and starts to dry-this typically takes about 2-6 hours-initiate the pre-work for the self-leveling process.
2. To create the perfect mixture, pour approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound into the water. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until you achieve a perfectly smooth, lump-free consistency. Distribute the mixture evenly over your surface using a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Protect your freshly mixed masterpiece by shielding it from direct sunlight and strong winds.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, skillfully use a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air bubbles, ensuring a flawless finish. Note: You can also employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment's temperature between a comfortable 5°C and 30°C. Ensure the relative humidity remains within acceptable levels to guarantee optimal results.
2. Adhere strictly to the specified water ratio in the product manual. Adding too much or too little water can significantly impair the performance of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within a precise 20-minute window to prevent it from setting prematurely and becoming unusable.
4. Prioritize safety during construction. Protect yourself from accidental splashes of the material that could contact your eyes or skin.
5. During the curing phase, ensure the ground remains free from heavy impacts or water exposure to preserve the integrity of your work.
TRANSPORTATION
Store your product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, take care to prevent collisions and compression that could compromise the packaging integrity.
