Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting is required. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
