K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface for optimal adhesion.
2. Smooth uneven surfaces with grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to remove residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free from puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, apply LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for best results.
Maintain an optimal water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve best results.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. As the primer absorbs and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), start self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add the 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix until smooth and lump-free. Use a specialized notched trowel to spread evenly, controlling thickness. Protect the mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can aid in transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product retains its efficacy for a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to prevent package damage and maintain product integrity.
