Product introduction

Specifically engineered to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. Ideal for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and highly absorbent substrates such as concrete. Expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

This advanced formula prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For loose or significantly sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not suitable for reinforcement; shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption, and apply one coat with a roller brush for complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> After curing, the substrate can be immediately treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement..
