Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For loose or extensively sand-shedding surfaces, resort to shot blasting and sanding, followed by thorough vacuuming before application.
>> Begin by eliminating any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.
>> Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 depending on substrate absorption. Roll on a coat ensuring complete penetration.
