K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure the surface is free of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings by thoroughly cleaning it.
2. Smooth any uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to remove all remnants and dust.
3. Maintain a dry, puddle-free base for optimal preparation.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended. For non-absorbent surfaces, LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advisable to ensure perfect treatment.
Water to mortar ratio: 26%
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (within approximately 2-6 hours), commence the pre-work for self-leveling with confidence.
2. In a mixing container, pour roughly 6 liters of clean water, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the blend is uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Carefully pour the prepared mixture and spread it evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the entire mixing and application process is completed within a swift 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to roll over the surface, effectively expelling any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safely away from direct sunlight and humid conditions. When properly sealed, this product boasts an impressive shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, ensure the product is shielded from collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging.
