This exceptional adhesive is the ideal choice for use on a variety of surfaces, including putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. Our adhesive works wonders by skillfully sealing capillary pores and cracks within the substrate. This significantly reduces the absorption of porous materials, ensuring a lasting finish.

By effectively preventing moisture within the leveling layer from permeating into the substrate, it significantly enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This guarantees a robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, minimizing issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. In cases where the surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is recommended. Always sand the substrate and conduct a thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a clean base.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a recommended ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as necessary to achieve the desired strength.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless finish.
