Substrate Treatment
Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate is loose or shows significant sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement; shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.
>> Eliminate all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a generous coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as deemed necessary.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly finished with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
