Product introduction

Our Vinyl Tile Adhesive is meticulously designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces that experience slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. Ideal for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and other absorbent substrates such as concrete. This innovative adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, effectively reducing the absorption of porous materials.

By doing so, it prevents the moisture present in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thus enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This ensures a robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or exhibits large areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement. In such cases, shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
