Our Sheet Vinyl Install Glue is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. It is perfect for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or other absorbent substrates such as concrete. This exceptional glue seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous materials.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it dramatically enhances the bonding strength. The glue ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or has large areas of sand shedding, reinforcement using this product is not suitable; shot blasting is recommended. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption, and apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> To achieve better reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
