SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Initiate the preparation with an exceptionally thorough cleaning process, meticulously eradicating oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and any lingering remnants of previous coatings from the surface. This exhaustive cleaning procedure ensures an unparalleled bond and enduring performance for your subfloor.
2. Proceed to cautiously sand the uneven ground, expertly removing all loose concrete and any embedded impurities. This careful sanding creates a flawlessly smooth foundation, perfectly primed and ready for any subsequent applications.
3. Confirm that the base is impeccably dry and entirely free of moisture, as even slight dampness can jeopardize the integrity and adherence of the surface solution, potentially affecting its overall performance.
4. For substrates exhibiting high absorbency, we highly recommend utilizing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, specifically designed for outstanding penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surfaces, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised, ensuring exceptional adhesion and remarkable longevity.

APPLICATION

As the primer sets, seamlessly transition into preparing to apply our Premium Self-Leveling Cement, ensuring an uninterrupted, smooth workflow.
2. Begin by pouring about 5 liters of pristine, clear water into a suitable mixing container. Gradually introduce a full 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Employ a mixer to blend until you achieve a flawless, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Spread this expertly prepared mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness with precision. Protect the freshly laid surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound has a chance to set, smoothly employ a defoaming roller over the surface to effectively release any trapped air bubbles. Note: For a streamlined application, consider utilizing a pump with a delivery capability of 20-40 liters per minute, ensuring the self-leveling slurry is applied effortlessly and uniformly across the surface.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions within the construction area between 5°C and 30°C with low relative humidity to guarantee the optimal performance of the material.
2. Adhering strictly to the specified water proportions as outlined in the product manual is pivotal. This precision prevents any degradation of the outstanding performance of our self-leveling compound due to incorrect water addition.
3. To avert premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window, ensuring a seamlessly smooth and effective application to the surface.
4. Exercise necessary precautions during application to prevent the material from splashing onto skin or eyes, ensuring a safe and secure working environment at all times.
5. During the critical curing period, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and abstain from exposing it to water, thus preserving the integrity and strength of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Safeguard the product's quality by storing it in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
