Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains & chemical additives, including release agents. For substrates that are loose or show significant sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and sandblasting is necessary. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Start by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> After complete curing, the substrate can be directly layered with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
