1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to create a pristine and optimal working area.
2. Proceed to sand any uneven ground thoroughly, ensuring the removal of loose concrete and impurities, which will result in an impeccably smooth surface.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state, ensuring that it is free from puddles, to guarantee a perfect finish and adhesion of the product.
4. For substrates that absorb water, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is highly recommended. Alternatively, for non-absorbent surface substrates, opting for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent will provide superior results.
APPLICATION
1. Begin with a meticulous cleaning of the base layer, ensuring it is spotless. Select an appropriate primer to enhance adhesion. As you apply the primer, allow it to be fully absorbed by the base layer. Once it begins to dry, typically within 2-6 hours, you can commence the crucial pre-work for the self-leveling process.
2. In a sturdy container, pour approximately 5 liters of clean, fresh water. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the high-performance self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly using a mixer until you achieve a uniform, smooth consistency free of any lumps. Carefully pour out this perfectly blended material and spread it evenly over the surface. Use a specialized notched trowel to meticulously control the thickness, ensuring precision. Protect this freshly mixed material from harsh elements like direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity during the application.
3. Before the remarkable self-leveling compound begins to set, expertly employ a defoaming roller across the surface. This step is essential to expel any entrapped air bubbles, ensuring a flawless finish. Note: A powerful pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry to the desired location.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The construction environment must be carefully controlled within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C. It is essential to ensure that the relative humidity remains in check and is not excessively high, to guarantee optimal results.
2. It is imperative to adhere strictly to the specified water-to-material ratio provided in the product manual. Deviation from this ratio by adding excessive or insufficient water may adversely affect the performance of this superior self-leveling material.
3. To maintain the fluidity and usability of the mixed self-leveling material, it must be applied within a strict window of 20 minutes. Beyond this period, the material will begin to solidify, rendering it unusable.
4. Exercise utmost caution during the application process to ensure safety. Avoid any contact of the material with eyes or skin, as this may cause irritation or injury.
5. During the crucial curing period, it is vital to prevent any heavy objects from impacting the surface or any water exposure, which could compromise the integrity of the self-leveled ground.
TRANSPORTATION
For optimal preservation, store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, keeping it safe from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, take preventative measures against collisions and compression to protect the packaging and maintain the product's pristine condition.
