Product introduction

This exceptional product is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces, especially those with slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. It is also ideal for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and other absorbent substrates such as concrete. Our advanced formula effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption of porous materials.

By preventing the moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, this product significantly enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures solid adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. In cases where the substrate is loose or has extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface..

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied..

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement..
