Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & entirely dry, free from cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or presents extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is recommended. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Ensure removal of any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, based on substrate absorption rate. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as required.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly layered with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
