TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Clean the dust and debris on the floor with a mop. If the floor is not level, use self-leveling material to create a smooth and clean surface.

STEP 2
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Use a scraper brush to evenly spread the adhesive on the floor. Wait for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive changes from white to transparent, then start laying the carpet.

STEP 3
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive gains bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method ensures durability without bubbling or deformation. Simplified translation.
