The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a premium, high-performance, water-hardening inorganic composite material. Expertly crafted from the finest raw ingredients and meticulously formulated, it boasts outstanding fluidity that rapidly and precisely levels indoor floors. This versatile compound is the quintessential solution for pre-leveling prior to the installation of various floor coverings, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wooden floors.
Celebrated for its robust strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound provides a seamless, sturdy foundation ideal for floor installation. It is impeccably suited for a wide range of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Exhibits remarkable fluidity, automatically smoothing and leveling the ground with ease.
2. Dramatically enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation.
3. Effectively minimizes porosity while ensuring even absorption across the surface.
4. Features rapid drying and early setting, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within a swift 1-2 day timeframe.
5. Its low shrinkage properties protect against cracking during ground preparation, ensuring durability.

The K50 can be applied effortlessly at a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single, seamless application.
1. Meticulously eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure pristine preparation.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear away any remaining materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and completely devoid of puddles for optimal application.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal surface treatment.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal results.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence self-leveling pre-work with precision.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a swift 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to meticulously eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains an impressive shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is vital to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any damage to the package, ensuring its integrity.
