Substrate Treatment

Ensure a smooth substrate surface, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives like release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Prior to application, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential.

Application Method

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable, loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless finish.
