K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Meticulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface for optimal adhesion.
2. Smooth out irregular surfaces by grinding, removing any loose concrete and debris, then thoroughly vacuum to clear away residual materials and dust for a pristine base.
3. Ensure the base remains completely dry and free from any puddles or moisture.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal surface preparation.
Maintain an ideal water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to achieve superior results.
1. Once the base layer is thoroughly cleaned, select the appropriate primer. Begin self-leveling pre-work once the primer is absorbed and starts drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, slowly add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and blend with a mixer until uniformly smooth and lump-free. Spread the prepared mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, while protecting the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application process within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to remove any trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can assist in the efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, protected from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains a shelf life of up to 6 months.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to prevent damage to the packaging and maintain product integrity.
