K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement
additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface for pristine preparation.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, and vacuum thoroughly to eliminate dust and unwanted particles.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free of puddles to maintain optimal conditions.
4. Use the recommended LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent for absorbent substrates, or LG670 for non-absorbent surfaces, to enhance bond integrity.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal performance and consistency.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once absorbed and slightly dry (approximately 2-6 hours post application), commence the self-leveling pre-work to ensure a flawless finish.
2. Start by pouring about 6 liters of clean water into a container, then slowly incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to achieve a smooth, lump-free blend. Spread the mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, shielding the mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within a swift 10 minutes for best results.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air, ensuring a flawless surface. Consider using a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient slurry transportation.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and humid environments. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months, preserving its premium quality.
During transportation, it is crucial to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any packaging damage, thereby maintaining product integrity.
