Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. It's unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate unstable loose materials and any oil stains from the floor surface thoroughly.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at an optimal 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a consistent coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement properties, consider applying multiple coats as necessary.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
