Substrate Treatment

Guarantee that the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, and free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, ensure shot blasting and thorough vacuuming have been carried out.

Application Method

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting based on substrate absorption. Use a roller brush to apply one coat, ensuring it penetrates completely.

>> For increased reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, creating an impeccably smooth and resilient finish.
