Introducing the K50 Commercial Self-Leveling Compound, a premier water-hardening inorganic composite material made from superior quality raw materials in a precise blend. This remarkable compound boasts exceptional fluidity, allowing for rapid leveling of indoor floors. It's the perfect solution for preparing floors before installing various flooring materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and hardwood.
K50 Self-Leveling Compound is celebrated for its outstanding high strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, ensuring a smooth and robust base for floor installations. It is ideal for a wide range of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, offering versatility and reliability.
1. Exceptional fluidity that automatically levels the ground, ensuring seamless surface preparation.
2. Enhances the foundation's density, hardness, and consistency, delivering an impeccable finish.
3. Minimizes porosity and ensures uniform absorption for a flawless application.
4. Quick-drying properties allow for early setting, facilitating grinding and decorative flooring installation within 1-2 days.
5. Low shrinkage characteristic effectively prevents cracks during ground treatment, ensuring lasting durability.

K50 can be applied in a single layer ranging from 2mm to 5mm in thickness, offering tailored applications.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any residual old coatings for a pristine surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces and remove loose concrete and debris, ensuring a dust-free base by vacuuming thoroughly.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state and free from any puddles for optimal adherence.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent materials, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for expert preparation.
Achieve perfection with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for impeccable results.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Add approximately 6 liters of clean water to a container, gradually incorporating a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix using a blender until the mixture is uniform, smooth, and free of lumps. Apply the mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Utilize a defoaming roller on the surface before the self-leveling compound sets to release trapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and moisture-rich environments. When sealed, the product's shelf life extends up to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, safeguarding the packaging integrity.
