The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a water-hardening inorganic composite material, expertly crafted with high-quality raw materials in a precise ratio. This results in remarkable fluidity, allowing for rapid and efficient leveling of indoor floors. It is extensively employed for perfect surface preparation before installing various flooring materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tile, and wooden floors.
K50 self-leveling compound is celebrated for its significant strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion. It creates a smooth, robust foundation ideal for floor installations. Suited for an array of solid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, it ensures exceptional performance.
1. Exceptional fluidity ensures automatic ground leveling, providing seamless results.
2. Enhances density, hardness, and foundation uniformity, ensuring lasting durability.
3. Reduces porosity while improving uniform absorption for an exquisite finish.
4. Quick-drying and rapid setting allow grinding and decorative floor laying within 1-2 days.
5. Low shrinkage properties prevent cracking, ensuring a faultless ground treatment.

K50 can be applied efficiently in a single application layer ranging from 2mm to 5mm thick.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings to prepare the surface.
2. Smooth out irregular surfaces by grinding, removing loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear loose particles and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of any puddles for optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended.
The ideal water to mortar ratio is 26%, creating the perfect consistency for application.
1. Once the base layer is meticulously cleaned, select the appropriate primer. Begin self-leveling pre-work when the primer is absorbed and starts drying (typically 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Add about 6 liters of clean water to a container, slowly introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix thoroughly until uniformly smooth and lump-free. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound sets, roll over the surface with a defoaming roller to expel trapped air. Tip: Use a pump with a 20-40 liters per minute capacity to transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product's shelf life extends up to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to prevent packaging damage. Avoid collisions and compression for safekeeping.
