K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings to prepare the surface.
2. Smooth out irregular surfaces by grinding, removing loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear loose particles and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of any puddles for optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended.
The ideal water to mortar ratio is 26%, creating the perfect consistency for application.
1. Once the base layer is meticulously cleaned, select the appropriate primer. Begin self-leveling pre-work when the primer is absorbed and starts drying (typically 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Add about 6 liters of clean water to a container, slowly introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix thoroughly until uniformly smooth and lump-free. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound sets, roll over the surface with a defoaming roller to expel trapped air. Tip: Use a pump with a 20-40 liters per minute capacity to transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product's shelf life extends up to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to prevent packaging damage. Avoid collisions and compression for safekeeping.
