Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & completely dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives such as release agents. Note that this product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, perform shot blasting and thorough vacuuming.
>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a recommended 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust to accommodate substrate absorption for optimal performance. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.
>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as necessary.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate is primed and ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing for a seamless and professional finish.
