The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a groundbreaking, high-performance, water-hardening inorganic composite material. Expertly crafted from premium raw ingredients and meticulously engineered, it offers extraordinary fluidity that effortlessly levels indoor floors with unparalleled precision. This adaptable compound is the quintessential solution for pre-leveling prior to the installation of a diverse array of floor coverings, including luxurious plastic flooring, elegant sheet materials, refined tiles, and exquisite wooden floors.
Renowned for its formidable strength, minimal shrinkage, and exceptional adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound establishes a flawless, resilient foundation perfect for impeccable floor installations. It is ideally suited for a variety of solid substrates, including robust concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and sophisticated stone tile surfaces.
1. Delivers exceptional fluidity, seamlessly smoothing and leveling the ground with ease.
2. Dramatically enhances the density, hardness, and consistency of the foundation.
3. Efficiently reduces porosity while promoting uniform absorption.
4. Features rapid drying and early setting, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials in just 1-2 days.
5. Low shrinkage properties that protect against cracking during ground preparation.

The K50 can be effortlessly applied at a precise thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single swift application.
1. Meticulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding to remove any loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear away residual materials and dust for a pristine subfloor.
3. Ensure the base remains completely dry and free from puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal results.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), begin self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of pristine water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix using a mixer until the blend is uniformly smooth and completely free of lumps. Spread the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a brisk 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can expedite the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is imperative to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any package damage.
