SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Start by engaging in a scrupulous cleaning ritual. Thoroughly eradicate all traces of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any lingering remnants of old coatings from the surface. This exhaustive cleansing process paves the way for exceptional bonding and enduring performance of your subfloor.
2. Proceed to meticulously sand the uneven terrain, ensuring the precise elimination of any loose concrete and embedded impurities. This step creates a flawlessly smooth foundation, perfectly prepped for the next stages of application.
3. Make certain that the base is impeccably dry and devoid of any puddles. Even the smallest hint of moisture can compromise the surface solution's integrity and adherence, potentially affecting its performance.
4. For substrates with a high level of absorbency, employ our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. It's designed for superior penetration and bonding. On non-absorbent surfaces, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to ensure extraordinary adhesion and durability.

APPLICATION
1. Lay the foundation for success by meticulously cleaning the base layer, ensuring it's perfectly primed for superior adhesion. Choose the right primer, crafted to penetrate and bond seamlessly, initiating a drying time of approximately 2 to 6 hours. As the primer cures, effortlessly transition to preparing for the application of our Premium Self-Leveling Cement, ensuring an uninterrupted workflow.
2. Start with about 5 liters of pure, fresh water in a suitable mixing vessel. Carefully mix in a full 25-kilogram bag of our top-tier self-leveling compound. Blend with precision using a mixer until the mixture is impeccably smooth and free of lumps. Use a specialized notched trowel to evenly spread the mixture, allowing for precise thickness control. Shield the freshly laid surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to guarantee the best possible results.
3. Prior to the setting of the compound, use a defoaming roller to glide effortlessly across the surface, effectively eliminating any air bubbles trapped within. Note: For a more efficient application, consider deploying a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute, ensuring the self-leveling slurry is applied with ease and uniformity.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the ambient environment in the construction zone within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, paired with low relative humidity, to guarantee the material performs at its peak potential.
2. Adhering to the precise water ratios specified in the product manual is essential. This accuracy prevents any compromise to the outstanding performance of our self-leveling compound that could result from improper water addition.
3. To avoid premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a crucial 20-minute window, ensuring a smooth and successful application to the surface.
4. Exercise necessary precautions during application to prevent the material from splashing onto the skin or into eyes, thereby ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
5. During the essential curing phase, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and avoid water exposure, thus maintaining the integrity and strength of the finished surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure the product's quality by storing it in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool setting, far from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to prevent impacts and compression, ensuring the packaging remains undamaged and the contents reach their destination in pristine condition.
