K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to prepare it for application.
2. Smooth any uneven surfaces by grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to ensure no residue or dust remains.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free from any puddles to maintain optimal adhesion and results.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, while for non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent should be employed to achieve the best treatment results.
Achieve optimum performance by maintaining a water to mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring a smooth and effective application every time.
1. Post-cleansing of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry, typically within 2-6 hours, commence your self-leveling preparation work with confidence.
2. Add approximately 6 liters of fresh water into a container, gradually mixing in a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Stir with a mixer until the blend is uniformly smooth and lump-free. Use a specialized notched trowel to spread the mixture evenly, controlling thickness, and protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within a strategic 10-minute window for best results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to expel any trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can effectively transport the self-leveling slurry, streamlining the application process.
