Substrate Treatment
The substrate surface should be impeccably smooth & dry, free from any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or has extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is necessary. Ensure sanding of the substrate followed by thorough vacuuming before application.
>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a pristine application area.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio or accordingly to substrate absorption. Apply one comprehensive coat using a roller brush for complete penetration.
>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as required for enhanced performance.
>> Once curing is complete, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a smooth and sturdy finish.
