Performance characteristics
Introducing the LG9000 water-based adhesive, your ultimate choice for flooring projects where unparalleled elasticity and superior curing qualities are a must. Specifically engineered for materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this exceptional adhesive shines as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its innovative formula even permits its use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Step into a world of seamless and dependable applications that your projects truly deserve.
Transform your flooring installations with the power of LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Installation can commence a convenient 20-50 minutes after application, taking advantage of its exceptional adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and remarkable curing strength. It's crucial that your substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. For challenging surfaces that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent, boost surface integrity using LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unparalleled stability and performance with your flooring projects.
Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installation by utilizing a B11 notched trowel, specifically crafted for wood flooring adhesive application. Ensure to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters for consistent performance. The open time hinges on the adhesive amount, climatic conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready to perform once it begins forming strings, a clear indication of its readiness for application.
When wet bonding SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the use of a B1 notched trowel is recommended. Be sure to renew the notched bar every 100 square meters. Start the installation process when the adhesive begins to form strings, ensuring the best possible transfer to the flooring's backing. During installation, carefully roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners, guaranteeing a uniform and gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later. For comprehensive guidelines, follow Lan Guan's technical instructions to ensure the utmost integrity and durability of your flooring.
