Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Thoroughly cleanse the floor of dust and debris using a mop. If the surface is uneven, employ self-leveling materials to achieve a flawlessly smooth and pristine base.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Employ a scraper brush to distribute the adhesive uniformly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet installation.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Lay the carpet evenly and gently apply pressure. Use a rubber mallet or a pressure roller to ensure a snug fit.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The carpet adhesive reaches optimal bonding strength within 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for at least 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring a durable and flawless finish.
