Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or severely sand-shedding, this product is not suitable. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application to prepare the surface effectively.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable, loose materials, and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for optimal adhesive performance.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to the substrate's absorption characteristics. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration for maximum effect.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to fortify the substrate's durability.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a smooth, resilient finish.
