Introducing our innovative PVC Flooring Adhesive, masterfully crafted to reinforce and stabilize cement mortar wall surfaces that experience the hassle of slight sand shedding. Additionally, it effectively aids aerated concrete block surfaces. This exceptional product is ideal for application on putty powder, paint, and cement mortar surfaces, as well as absorbent substrates like concrete. Our advanced adhesive excels at sealing capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically lowering the absorption rate of porous materials.

By blocking the moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it serves as an efficient enhancer for bonding strength. This ensures a steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and foundation, effectively eliminating frequent issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are recommended prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to substrate absorption needs. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For added reinforcement, multiple coats may be considered.

>> Upon curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for an ideal finish.
