Performance characteristics
Introducing the LG9000 water-based adhesive-a pinnacle of innovation in flooring adhesive solutions, engineered for those who demand unparalleled elasticity and curing excellence. Tailored for an array of materials including wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this adhesive is the embodiment of versatility. It excels as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates, while its distinctive formulation permits limited use on non-absorbent substrates or existing floors, even filling small gaps. Experience seamless, dependable application processes that elevate the quality of your projects to new heights.
Transform your flooring installations with the exceptional capabilities of LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Installation can commence a mere 20-50 minutes after application, offering enduring adhesion coupled with robust peel and shear strength, swift curing, and high curing potency. For optimal results, ensure the substrate is sturdy, even, dry, free of cracks, and dust-free. On challenging surfaces - such as uneven, rugged, dusty, or non-absorbent environments - bolster surface integrity by applying LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding, guaranteeing unmatched stability and performance.
Installation Instructions
For impeccable wood flooring installation, employ the B11 notched trowel, specifically crafted for wood flooring adhesive application. Replace the notched bar after every 100 square meters to maintain precision. The open time is dependent on adhesive volume, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. Once the adhesive begins forming strings, it signals its prime for flawless application.
For wet bonding SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the B1 notched trowel is recommended. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to ensure uniform application. Start the installation when the adhesive forms strings to secure optimal transfer to the back of the flooring. During the process, roll the entire surface meticulously with a roller and use a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring a seamless, gap-free bond. Follow up with an additional roll 20 minutes later. For thorough guidance, adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions, safeguarding the integrity and longevity of your flooring.
