Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit extensive sand shedding, reinforcement with this product is not recommended; shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and perform a thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by eliminating any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a single, comprehensive coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For maximum reinforcement benefits, multiple coats may be applied as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, offering enhanced performance and superior results.
