Our cutting-edge Heavy Duty Floor Adhesive is expertly crafted to fortify cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. Ideal for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or other absorbent substrates like concrete. This remarkable adhesive is adept at sealing capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly minimizing the absorption of porous materials.

By meticulously preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it significantly elevates the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This effectively eradicates problems such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface should be smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is loose or exhibits extensive areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement. In such circumstances, shot blasting is vital. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, dependent on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as required.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
