TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the floor of dust and debris using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a pristine, smooth, and clean surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper brush to spread the adhesive evenly across the floor. Wait for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive transitions from white to transparent, signaling it's ready for carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat and smooth, applying gentle pressure. Use a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll, ensuring a secure fit.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to gain bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring a durable finish.
