Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installation by using a B11 notched trowel, specifically engineered for wood flooring adhesive applications. It is important to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain precision. The open time is dependent on factors such as the amount of adhesive, climatic conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for application once it starts forming strings, indicating its optimal state for use.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, it is recommended to utilize a B1 notched trowel. Ensure the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters for consistency. Commence the installation when the adhesive begins to form strings, ensuring excellent transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller and use a cork board for pressing edges and corners, ensuring a seamless, gap-free bond. Follow with an additional roll 20 minutes later. For complete and thorough guidelines, adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions to fortify the integrity of your flooring.
