Product Construction Process

Step 1

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Employ a scraper brush to evenly distribute adhesive across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to clear before proceeding with carpet placement.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Ensure the carpet is laid flat and secure, applying firm pressure. Utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller for optimal adhesion.

Step 4
Adhesive Curing
The adhesive attains full bonding strength within 3 hours. It's crucial to avoid foot traffic or heavy work on the carpet for 12 hours post-installation. This meticulous approach guarantees the carpet remains firm and free from bubbles or distortion.
