This adhesive is ideal for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or highly absorbent substrates such as concrete, providing an unmatched bonding solution. The adhesive acts proficiently to seal capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, thereby significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By adeptly inhibiting moisture absorption from the leveling layer, it enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring a robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This effectively eliminates any issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & and chemical additives such as release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting is recommended. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum clean before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for best results.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate is perfectly ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement to achieve a flawless finish.
