Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If loose or extensive sand shedding is evident, reinforcement is not recommended without shot blasting. Sand and vacuum the substrate thoroughly before application.

Application Method

 

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener in water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio based on substrate absorption rate. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring deep penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as needed.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
