This versatile compound is extensively employed for leveling surfaces before the installation of a variety of floor materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tile materials, and wooden floors, ensuring a flawless foundation.

K50 self-leveling compound is celebrated for its remarkable attributes, including high strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion. It lays down a smooth and robust groundwork for floor paving, making it ideal for a plethora of solid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces. THICKNESS

K50 is versatile with the ability to be applied in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single application, catering to a variety of project needs.

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Ensure the surface is free from oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings for optimal application.
2. Grind down any uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, then thoroughly vacuum to eliminate all residual loose materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, ensuring no puddles are present to guarantee successful application.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is advised. For non-absorbent substrates, LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to optimize treatment.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for best results and consistency.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. Allow the primer to be absorbed by the base and begin to dry (typically 2-6 hours post-application) before commencing self-leveling pre-work.

2. Start by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound while mixing with a mixer until a uniformly smooth and lump-free mixture is achieved. Pour out the prepared mixture, spreading it evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and ensure the mixing and application process is completed in under 10 minutes.

3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, use a defoaming roller across the surface to release any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be employed for transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.

TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, sheltered from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed properly, the shelf life is up to 6 months.
During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression to preserve the packaging's integrity.
