SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Ensure your surface is immaculate by eliminating all traces of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings.
2. Skillfully sand any uneven areas to efficiently remove loose concrete and lingering impurities, creating a pristine base.
3. Maintain the base in a perfectly dry condition, making sure it is completely free of puddles to ensure optimal results.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, enhance performance with the application of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, optimize by using LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: Achieve perfect consistency and performance with an ideal water-to-mortar ratio of 40%-43%, ensuring optimal workability and strength for your projects. This precise ratio offers superb flexibility, allowing you to handle the versatile self-leveling concrete with ease while maintaining exceptional quality.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select the ideal primer to ensure optimal adhesion. Allow the primer to be thoroughly absorbed by the base layer and commence drying, typically within 2-6 hours post-application. Once the primer is ready, embark on the self-leveling construction for flawless results.

2. Begin by adding approximately 8 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually introduce a 20-kilogram bag of our premier self-leveling compound. Blend the mixture using a mixer until it achieves a perfect, lump-free consistency. Upon reaching this state, carefully pour out the mixture and distribute it evenly. Employ a specialized notched trowel to expertly manage the desired thickness. Ensure the mixture is shielded from direct sunlight and vigorous winds for optimal performance.

3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller to glide over the surface, effectively releasing any entrapped air. Note: For seamless transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery rate of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure the construction environment temperature is meticulously maintained between a comfortable 5°C and 30°C. It's crucial to keep the relative humidity at an optimal level to ensure the best performance.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as outlined in the product manual. This precise balance is essential to preserve the outstanding qualities of the self-leveling material, avoiding the pitfalls of over or under dilution.
3. Once mixed, the self-leveling material is time-sensitive and should be applied within 20 minutes. This is to ensure it remains in its prime condition, preventing premature solidification that would render it unusable.

4. Maintain utmost attention to safety protocols during construction. Prevent any accidental contact of the material with eyes or skin, safeguarding everyone involved in the process.

5. During the crucial curing period, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects or water exposure. This ensures the integrity and durability of the finished surface.

TRANSPORTATION
The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thus preserving the integrity of the packaging.
