Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Begin by meticulously cleaning the floor to eliminate all dust and debris using a mop. If uneven, apply self-leveling material for a perfectly smooth and clean base.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Evenly apply the adhesive using a scraper brush across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to shift from white to a clear state before proceeding with carpet laying.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Position the carpet smoothly and flatly, apply firm pressure, and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to ensure secure adhesion.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The adhesive gains full bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or placing objects on the carpet for 12 hours. This method guarantees the carpet can support weight without bubbling or deforming, ensuring a flawless finish.
